What a difference an ultrasound makes!

When a mom or dad sees their baby on the ultrasound for the first time, you see the wonder on their face. Watching a tiny human that isn’t even born yet waving their arms or kicking, seeing the tiny heart beating and counting the heartbeats - it never loses its wonder.

We are now holding monthly clinics in Nenana and Delta Junction!

We were blessed by the donation of an older portable ultrasound machine several years ago which allowed us to start monthly “pop-up” clinics in surrounding communities this year! We began providing pregnancy tests, limited o.b. ultrasounds, as well as diapers, wipes, formula, support services, parenting classes, and more, in Nenana and Delta Junction! However as summer progressed we realized it is time to retire this older portable machine and replace it with a new one with advanced imaging.

We were blessed to be able to fully fund the new ultrasound machine for the Fairbanks office this year due to a partnership of our generous supporters and a matching donation graciously provided this month by the Knights of Columbus! Thank you to all of you wonderful supporters! And thank you Knights of Columbus!

It’s now time to replace the portable machine being used in the pop-up clinics in the other nearby communities.

A discount we can’t pass up

Prices of new ultrasound machines will go up dramatically in 2026. Our kind ultrasound machine provider is offering us a generous discount if we purchase both machines in 2025. We had planned to launch a new fundraiser in 2026, but it makes sense to buy it now before prices go up. Would you like to help?

Pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, parenting classes, baby care supplies, and so much more are offered at no cost to the community.
